Can a ins. provider drop you if you refuse preventative treatments, such as a flu shot?

IOW can you refuse treatment with out being in violation of the law?

that believes in prayer in lieu of "Medicine" are you required to sign up for "healthcare insurance" or be "fined" on your income taxes??

Why would they drop you? First, you pay for preventive services through your premiums. So now you decide to forego an annual physical, lab work, immunizations, screenings, etc., the insurance companies save even more money by not paying the negotiated rate with the various providers. It helps the bottom line.

Look, Obamacare is one of the dumbest pieces of legislation to ever be approved, and I realize Democrats tend to be paternalistic assholes, but refusing treatment today is not a violation of ACA.
