...or maybe clouds just look prettier these days.

EVERYONE ELSE will be working hard to ensure that.

...your graph assumes that tax recipts are going to be flat for the next 70 years? You're hilarious, MrNoT.

First off, your graph assumes that the US will take in 18% of our GDP in taxes. That's a little odd, since this has never been stable. The percentage of taxes to GDP has varied from 14% to over 20% for the last 70 years. Secondly, one would reasonably expect that the Bush tax cuts are going to expire at the end of the year. Thirdly, your graph assumes to know what interest rates will be in paying down our debt for the next 70 years. Fourthly, it assumes that no changes will be made to social security, medicare, or medicaid.

willy, think for a moment, if it's not too painful, lol. What causes cloud heights? Thermal activity. As the temperature rises, so do the clouds. Thunderstorms have heights up to 60,000 feet because of rising thermals. The lower cloud tops in the report indicate a cooling effect on the surface. Next, we'll be getting drastic tales of the coming ice age, like we did back in the early 1970's.

We're all gonna freeze to death. That is if we don't starve to death first, because of the crop failures. If there wasn't so much money to made, or taxes/fees to be collected, we'd never hear any of this climate change crap.
