But not because I fell asleep. I watched other stuff because I sensed a complete train wreck and didn't want to see it.
The golf question ChicKie brought up was but one example of Biden utterly failing, again and again, to nail Trump and his lies to the wall.
The moderators had already said they wouldn't be factchecking, so that was Biden's job and he wasn't up to it.
Most left-wing pundits I've read are calling for Joe to step down, not just because of last night's performance but because they have no confidence in him conducting an effective campaign going forward..
This was probably the most frail and weak he has ever been. Or looked.....
The first ten seconds of words out of his mouth set the tone. I could hardly make out what he said. It was literally the beginning of the end of his presidency.
but it seems the right is getting way ahead of itself in reporting his demise. Let's not forget it's early and Biden may certainly be able to recover from this. So first of all, let's see what impact the debate has on the polls. No doubt Biden's support will erode. But will the change be minor or massive? Most likely the former, since so few swing votes are up for grabs. Then let's see what effect Trump's sentencing has on voters, not to mention other future events.
