The unintended but foreseeable consequence -- a judge has ruled that a convicted felon has the fundamental right to carry a gun. He was riding in a car with a 40-cal. handgun and an AK with a 30 round clip. The felon was facing 10-20 in prison but now he's cool in LA and the law may be coming soon to a state near you.
Granted, it was a lower court ruling but it's now headed straight to the LA Supreme Court. It may not pass muster in LA but it's only a matter of time that felons will legally be able to own firearms. Reap the whirlwind, you cold dead handers.
We don't enact laws that forbid terrorists from attending religious services, now do we?
Look, just because you're scared shitless of guns, doesn't mean everyone is. Everyone is responsible for their own safety.

I don't know why supporters of the 1st Amendment are so dead against the 2nd, the 2nd guarantees the citizens the right to defend the rest of the Constitution from ALL enemies, within and without.
In spite of Daffy's hystrionics, most rational people are aware that there has been a movement by the left with the ultimate goal of outlawing ALL firearms by private citizens in this country. How the fuck they expect to confiscate hundreds of millions of weapons is beyond me. Just look at the war on drugs as an example, after decades and countless billions of dollars spent you can find someone slinging drugs on virtually every inner city street corner in any major city. So somehow we are supposed to believe that criminals aren't going to have access to guns if we criminalize ownership? yeah right.
...yes, there REALLY IS an attempt on the gun grabber left to completely outlaw guns and confiscate them from everyone. Sometimes, they even openly talk about it.
