...but I have noticed a certain proclivity for the wealthy to be rather obsessed with getting a free ride. This just seems to be another example of OCD when the object of your obsession is money.

To believe you're entitled to do whatever you want happens at all income levels. It's more about how one is raised.

Or, he could be justifying, it in his mind, by telling himself he's doing the guy a favor by teaching him a lesson about being more careful with his money.

Or, he thought he was just being a good American by sticking it to a Muslim!

That would be an interesting poll to have here, who on this board would you expect to return a lost wallet full of money? and who would you expect to steal every last penny? I know which category I would place you in.

Somehow I doubt that even the people that share your leftist views find you very trustworthy.

you contact your credit card company, and they ask if you have made any recent purchases at a bong shop or medical marijuana dispensary. Like you, I too wouldn't trust him, but he would be easy to track down.

I bet he might even try and use it on a provider. Though he would be scratching his head thinking where he needs to swipe the card (lol). He might be the TER version of Lindsay Lohan.

He hasn't been convicted of anything.  Charley Sheen is making more news than this.

One example does not establish a trend. However, there certainly are plenty of examples to draw upon of wealthy people stealing.

For example, Winona Ryder was caught shoplifting.

Another example, Bernie Madoff.

I remember reading something some years back about during a drought somewhere in California that there was a study of how consumption of water changed when people were asked to conserve. The poor conserved more water. The middle class didn't change their behavior at all. And the wealthy used more. One guy had even bought giant holding tanks to keep on his property that he was filling up with water.

So using your type of reasoning, I guess I am to assume all liberals like to molest kids???
