This change of time
Ok who invented this and for what reason?
So what happens to the time in other countries. Does it change or stay the same?
If it was done back in WWII for whatever reason. But what is it's purpose now?

Except the countries close to the Equator because the day light hrs doesn't change for them.
It started during WW1 in order to conserve power.
Some countries do change their clocks also, but it may not be on the same day as the US.
Other countries do not change to DST.
