Some of Hitler's generals, like Guderian, Rommel and Von Manstein, were brilliant. Others were plodders, but that's not the point. The point is Hitler often didn't listen to them and made disastrous military decisions that doomed the war effort. Of course, it's also true that even if Hitler hadn't made these mistakes Germany would have lost the war anyway because the combined forces of the US, Britain and the USSR (and their economies) were always going to overwhelm the Third Reich.
Trump just said, "You're fired." Hitler executed them. That's the difference between totalitarianism and a business-like approach.

Do you think Mayorkas does not deserve to be fired after the disastrous performance of the departments under his management, like DHS and Secret Service? Does not firing him make Joe a good manager or a partisan hack? Would you hire Mayorkas to work for you based on his performance the last four years? He would not have lasted 6 months with Trump. "General" is a federal job under the management of the Executive Branch. If they do not perform up to the standard expected by the Chief Executive, they will be fired. Any employee who wants to do something his own way rather than the way he is instructed to do something by management is insubordinate and should be fired. That is a business-like approach. Show me a company who lets employees do things contrary to the direction of management who get to keep their jobs. Fired ex-employees rarely have nice things to say about their former employer.
It was TRUMP who hired all these people to begin with. So if you're right he must have hired incompetent people to being with.

can't always trust resumes. Besides, most of these hires were vetted and recommended to Trump by his transition team. Some were holdovers from the Obama administration. Trump gave them a try and when it didn't work out, he cut his losses and fired them like any good businessman would. Biden hasn't fired anyone, including Mayorkas, Mayor Pete and others with no real experience to succeed at what they were hired to do. Businesses fail when management does not have the courage to fix their mistakes. If I hire a wrong person for a job, I'm not going to keep them on draining resources in order to salve my own ego because I'm the one who hired them. Who hired them doesn't really matter. Having the courage to fire the incompetents does matter for the future and health of the company.

Unavoidably, some of Trumps's transition team were career politicians that helped him get elected and yes, some were incompetent just like the majority of Biden's "employees."
Without doing any research at all, he has done what virtually everyone considered a stellar job managing the Federal response to the Baltimore Key Bridge collapse.
