There is so much said about "bullying" of late

but our police administrations and the municipal and State government regularly turn a blind eye to this insidious pathology that sadly is much ingrained into our cultural ethos.
The Rodney King case set the precedent. From there on local and State either refused video evidence into court, or simply ignored it altogether.

We loath any entity that wields extraordinary power over others, yet admire the power to do so.
