Plenty of providers when they move here, keep their cell phone number from out of state. There's only one AC that always raises red flags, and it's 702. And no ill will towards legitimate escorts from Vegas.

Backpage - not many stings in Las Vegas mostly they do in person stings (sometimes in casino or bars) there but craigslist is where its at in the 702 - many non-pro ladies - don't even bother opening backpage there.

If you notice on the thread a 214 area code was quoted from the original ad.  
Now there is a 623 number.  Between the time of the original thread and your snarky comments the phone number was changed in the ad.  And clearly that's what you saw.
