When at an Asian Massage Parlor, how does one request certain additional services? I mean, do you tell them straight out what you want (CBJ, BBBJ, HJTC, CG), or do you have to be sneakier with the way you ask?
I don't use M.P.s but ran into this article somewhere on TER awhile go and it seems to cover all the bases as near as i can tell. Hope it helps.

She will usually prompt you as long as she isn't suspicious of you. She will usually ask "anything else I can do for you? or "anywhere else need massage". I usually ask for "everything" if she asks me or use a hand motion for BJ or HJ (if she's not that cute). BBBJ vs CBJ is usually her call, many only do CBJ, sometimes more after she knows you. You can usually work out the details after you settle.
If you are led into the room with a girl you are sure is your massage girl, and she asks for the house fee (you can ask if she is giving you massage if you aren't sure) You can give her the tip up front too, but you have to know the going rate is in your area. That's what I usually do... If you had to give the entry fee at the door, you can just tip before you get started, without a word.
Once you have been through it once or twice you can usually bluff your way through a new place.
They are just the most in wanting to please. Just ask what you want.
