if a provider advertises incall and outcall, there is less risk in my book,as for a provider who just says incall.it imediately raises the red flag untill someone posts a review, and claiming shes legit.

I agree but on the other hand, most providers prefer incall for safty reasons. And if they do an outcall, many bring a driver which is not good. Who wants someone sitting out your door when you TCB
There are many, many rip-off ads that advertise both in-call and out-call, with fake photos etc.
I do think many hobbyists assume LE is less likely to be involved in outcall activity since its a less efficient way to snare folks.
If I am home, I will generally make a road trip to see the lady at her incall. If I am on the road, and have a room of my own, having her visit me is not a problem, and may be necessary if I do not a car.
As for seeing ladies that are not reviewed, you don't know what you're getting yourself into regardless of where you see her, as there are many bad things that can happen. If she is well reviewed, you most likely will have a great time whether in or out, and have no regrets afterward.

let me clear the air i only would do an outcall with a lady that is well reviewed.im more relaxed and easy going if im at home.plus i can be a much better host.i can prepare myself better,and make things more comfortable for her.not to mention give her more reason to obtain a tip for a well relaved session.
honestly i have had great luck.just a couple of ladies that think there smarter then what they are.these ladies move on fast,as for the driver crap, i watch the parking lot very closely,if i smell a rat, the lady gets gas money see ya.
i believe all in all i keep the bases covered for many reasons.
i tend to stay loyal with a lady who makes me quite satisfied,it makes things less complicated,variety is nice but can be so much hassle.

I prefer incall because I have an SO at home, so I don't want my name on hotel registers. And touring providers are going to do mostly incall. If you live in a midsize city like I do--with maybe 20 local p411 providers--you live for those touring providers that come through town.
But the outcall proponents are correct that incall will increase your risk of walking into a sting. There are risks both ways, so choose your poison. --z
Reviews, reviews, reviews! How many pages of good reviews does she have, and by reviewers with multiple reviews? That is a much better indication regarding risk. The only real consideration incall or outcall should make is, what are you wanting.
Are you talking about LE risk or are you talking about her being a legitimate provider and not a bait and switch?
As far as LE goes you are less likely to walk into a sting on an out call but that's about it as far as comparisons go. One review claiming a girl is legit is just about worthless since half the girls on Craig's List have their pimps post phony reviews for them. Multiple reviews by guys who have been around for a while are the only reasonable guarantee you have that a lady is legit and will provide good service.

I don't know why but I prefer outcall to my home. I guess it's because I'm new and a little paranoid. I'm recently Divorced so I don't have a SO to worry about.
I did one incall and I was so nervous the whole experience felt like a blur. I enjoyed it but I probably would have enjoyed it better in the comfort of my own home.
ALSO... I always refer back to TER to look up reviews as I feel most people on here are truthful and trustworthy.
