I think I was a clear bait and switch victim recently. I kept my cool and went along with it but my question is, how do others deal with this situation???
To summarize..Instead of a really hot ex professional cheerleader, I was sent an overweight girl who was average looking at best.
Advice anyone???

Did you find this delicate flower on CL, Cityvibe...etc.
I almost betcha you don't have TER VIP where you can review ladies here that are well reviewed.

You asked for Advice so here it goes:
Pay for at least 1 month of TER VIP (I think it's around $20)
Look on your regional board posting (it's over on the bottom left) and find your closest region.
Find some well reviewed ladies and because you have VIP here you can get their stats, and everything about them along with what the guys have to say about their session when they met.
The main thing is you won't get the bait/switch or worse yet, robbed or something else really bad that could've happened to you.

Assuming that in spite of all best efforts, I found myself in that spot, I'd apologize for wasting her time, but tell her that I was not going to pay for her time. Now, to be clear, it's the same as if I'd ordered Chinese takeout and the guy brought pizza. If I just felt that I wanted something different after I'd ordered, that's on me.
it only encourages the practice. I would send her away if it were outcall or leave myself if it were an incall. You are under no obligation to give her a nickel if it is an obvious B&S, opinions vary if it is just a chemistry thing or if the picture was just a little old but it was clearly the same woman.
Some members will give a cancellation fee, I am not one of them. I refuse to give one solitary cent if I feel that the girl or agency was intending to deceive me. Please don't let the white knights convince you to give her anything more than gas money if she is not the lady in the pics. Rewarding bad behavior does nothing more than encourage it. You might also want to alert your local community, your fellow hobbyists will appreciate it.
Don't pay for what you didn't order. The only exception, that I can think of, is in regards to an outcall, which you seem to be alluding to. In that case, if she comes with a driver, be very careful. Don't be surprised to be shaken down if you try not to pay.

I will take the advice. I guess what I was concerned about in a situation like that is whether the provider has come with a posse to perform a shakedown or make a scene. What was puzzling in this situation was the reviews I saw on TER listed her as spectacular...the provider in question, to help anyone in the future was Venessa from Philadelphia. I guess I will have to join the VIP because maybe the reviews being posted are posted by friends of the provider..
