there is a reason for that - they are pretty f'n careful about who gets in.  They verify the men and the women.  If they get problem reports on a woman - she's off the site - same thing about a man - if they get problem reports - gone.

IMHO - Probably the best verification site out there - plus once you've seen a few ladies and got some "provider ok's" if you do your appointment request through the site they can go in and see your "oks" and who they came from so you've pretty much got your references right there too.  Simple shit.

As I understand it, both sites are located in places where the hobby is legal. This means that they are mostly outside the reach of LE, as well as any person, say a wife, who might want to match the real you to what is posted her and there. This reduces the risk of whatever info you share being linked back to you.

Having said that, I have a little different take on the whole paranoia and confidentiality thing than most.

If someone wants to run you down, and they know what they are doing or have the money to pay someone who knows what they are doing, it is not that hard to identify any of us. IP addresses and all sorts of other traces on the web make that possible. So your primary safety lies in not being of sufficient interest to anyone for them to want to run you down. The other option is to avoid the Internet altogether, but that would be very inconvenient if one wants to hobby.

Bottom line - giving your screening info to P411 does not increase your risk in any way. Posting on TER is a greater risk (since I am posting here, you can see how big a risk I consider it). Going to see a lady you do not know is much riskier than either of those things, and going to see a new lady with no reviews and ads on BP is very, very risky. Those are my two cents.

Felt the same way at first. I overcame the hesitation at the urging and encouragement of others on TER, got myself approved and that had opened all the doors. It's fine, it's secure. If you're serious about your entry into the hobby, join perf411

P411 has been around a long time (in Canada, BTW, where it's legal) and I have never heard of them misusing personal info in any way.  They say they dispose of any info you provide when you pass screening and I believe them.  If they ever misused personal info it  would destroy their business.

who is based in Canada and has no reason to ever do anything with that info.? Gina is a professional and I can assure you, she has no interest in your info other than to secure you dates and protect the women you see.
