Depends on the provider. You can try to ask her if there is mutual touching, fully nude, P2P, etc.
They generally involve a massage and a hand job at the end but everything else depends on the provider you choose.  The providers have different degrees of nudity (none vs. top only vs. full nudity). Some don't allow you to touch their private parts. Some allow limited touching, some let you put your hands and fingers wherever you want.

My first FBSM experience was with a very pretty, but somewhat expensive provider I found on ThatMall. She gave a great massage in her studio apartment on a real massage table with scented oils. While you lay on your stomach on the table, she was totally nude except for a gold chain around her waist. Some will do everything from dfk to BBBJ to allowing DATY, just no insertion. (IE no full service and no fiv) And there are ladies in between those two extremes.

The differences is the ending.  Minimum is a HJ...  without that, it isn't FBSM.

Touching in some shape or form is common to help get you there.  Few are fully clothed.  There are some topless or take the top off for the ending.  Some go fully nude, especially after they get to know you.
