In a post not far below, Atl Mgr reiterated that all required fields, including profile info like height, weight, etc must be filled out. This is a exercise in futility as no matter how much your answers differ from what's already posted, they don't count for shit. So, what is a hobbyist to do when say a Provider is listed with B cups but, due to augmentation, is now a D? Or, she's listed as a blonde, but has gone back to brunette? Or she's gained 100 lbs and is no longer of 'average' build? And, the worst one of all, her rate has gone from $$$/hr to $$$$$ for a 2-hr minimum?
When some of the info on my profile was no longer accurate, I simply clicked on "report a problem" and detailed the information that was not accurate and asked that it be updated.
The changes to my profile were made within 24 hours. I don't know if TER will update a provider's profile if it is a hobbyist reporting the discrepencies or not, but they certainly made the requested changes when I myself asked that it be done.
A few months ago one of the ladies I reviewed moved to a different agency, and adopted a new name. I submitted a Problem Report, and in a couple of days the name, phone number and website had all been updated, and I was credited with a couple of free days of TER VIP status for providing the info.
I too (a hobbyist) submitted a few problem reports on some ASPs profiles (mostly contact information, city, location sorts of things). Within a couple of days things were fixed.
I had written a review for an agency based provider who at the time of my writing had 2 other reviews. It got accepted but the next day when I clicked on her 'Providers Profile' button it came back as delisted. A subsequent search revealed that she clearly had two profiles at one point. I tried to get this fixed, i.e. get mine and the other 2 reviews linked to the surviving profile. After a weeks worth of email exchanges with the staff, the surviving profile was delisted so that she had none at all. Two days later a third profile appeared with a different set of reviews (and not mine). In every case she had the same name, worked for the same agancy, had the same web and email address. so I tried again and after another week succeeded only to have it delisted again a few days later. So I just gave up. Her profile for my review and two others remains delisted but yet she had another profile with other reviews. For me I can only invest so much time in trying to fix a problem.
