that additional chances for cumming again were either offered or enjoyed.  Sometimes referred to as multiple cups, multiple shots on goal (MSOG), additional or second pops or simply Round 2 (or Round 3, etc.).  Most providers who offer a GFE experience will allow MSOG's. But some do not so be aware of this possibility.

If you saw the phrase used when describing the reaction of a lady during sex then it might have referred to the fact that she enjoyed multiple O's.  But again the term most likely means the chance to cum a second time during an encounter with a provider.
