Which agency would you recommend to a girl getting into the biz?

Hi guys...

Since so many of you have experience with agencies (and I don't), I figured I'd ask for your opinions!  I'm considering working through an agency.  I kind of got looped into this world through a friend who does it, and now am interested in approaching it in a more organized fashion.  Some important criteria:

* I want to work for someone I respect and trust
* I never want to feel compelled to go on calls I don't want to
* I don't want to get involved in petty coercion tactics...(I shuddered reading an article in the Times a few weeks ago about an agency that sends out photos to girls' parents if they make one false move).
* I'd prefer that my photos not end up on the internet

Any thoughts on the various agencies out there?  Fleur de Elite, NYC Pink, Fairchild, Sloan, Chez Brigitte, American Beauties?  Others?  Anyone know anything about Elite Escort and Model Management or Establishment International?

I've read a lot about your various experiences with these agencies; what would you recommend to a girl thinking of applying to one?

Have you considered working as an independent provider? That's what I'm about to do. Besides the obvious reason of not having to share your fee with an agency my decision was made mostly because I'd prefer to do my own screening and have control over who I see.

None, except for NYC Pink, have a track record here on TER.  And
all of them have been around for years.

Try Mona Lisa.  Excellent track record here and the people who
run it are very professional with clients and providers.

serious model caliber girls and charge over $500/hr. Are you in that league in both face and body and would you be comfortable with providing a "GFE experience" to any, and all your "clients"??? Unless the answer is a strong YES to all the above, you may wish to look elsewhere. Post a picture of yourself!!

Yes, I am of model caliber (both looks and body), and would as a matter of fact feel uncomfortable providing anything less than a "GFE" experience...it just would be unfulfilling and boring otherwise.  I have a couple of people that I've been introduced to that I see for what evens out to about 500/hour, and I probably wouldn't feel comfortable going any lower than that with an agency; that's why all of the agencies I mentioned were all up at the high end.  

To those who asked me to post pics...did you notice I said I didn't want my photos to end up on the internet?  :)

Either way you have to post pics ust blrr out your face.  Unless you want to be known as a bait and switch no man will come see you without having an idea of what you look like.
Agencies are horrid they keep 40-50% of your money and make your schedule.  Why not contact Kay a reputable phone service she is very affortable, you call the shots and she treats the girls that work for her as her own daughter, and the guys love her.

I suggest her of going Indy, unless you want to work until 11pm and work whenever they call you.
It's your body shouldn't you choose?

Thanks for the tips, everyone.  As for photos, as long as I don't have to show my face, I guess I'd be ok with that.  

Lover2 - could you explain what a phone service is?

a phone service Kay that I was referring to answeres your phones schedules and screens your dates.
You tell her when you want to work hours and days and she will take your phone calls.
Kay is very reasonable since agencies take 40-50% of your money per client she takes a flat fee per date.
THis way your life is in your control if its late and you do not want to work you are not obligated to take the call as with an agency.

 I would say call Kim at BDJ, but there are a lot of guys on this site with much more experience than me. That being said, If you are truly "Hot" and you think that you can command $$$$$ right from get go, you may want to contact New York Confidential. Personally most guys here wouldn't make that kind of a donation without at least one or two reviews. You wouldn't have to post pics of your face, only your body. After all, that's part of the deal here. If you had enough sense to take out a twenty dollar VIP membership to TER, I suggest you email MadMax, Energizer Bunny, or Von Ryan. Those guys will set you straight! Best of luck to you and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the future!

Kim at BDJ would be a great person to talk with. She was the top indy in the world. However $$$$$ with no reviews and no pics will probably never happen.

I do think the indy route is always another viable option.

Call Alyssia she has the nicest true GFE girls ive been with. Some other girls in other agency's can be a little stuck up. The girls all get along at NYJ. I hear alot of petty shit with the other places. GOOD LUCK and be carefull!!!
