You can email handles, not aliases.  You can tell by the yellow envelope next to the name as to whether it's a handle or an
alias.

If you're saying that I have two seperate TER handles, that is
also false.  I'm not sure if that is allowed under TER rules,
but if it was, it would require paying and/or reviewing for EACH
handle.

What's your point?
