The Mann Act is a federal law which has existed since 1910. The feds use it all the time, and they have used it in MN several times against guys/clients who do what I said above. Another area is that many guys make mistakes; she flies into the airport, and you pick her up there. Finally, your favorite companion wants you to drive her around, run errands, or whatever. I have even heard of clients who have become her personal driver...driving her to dates. All of these are "promotion of prostitution."
