Hello all,

Hobbying in Las Vegas for the first time in many years.  First time needing a key card for my companion to get up to my room. Looking for suggestions for where to meet the lady in a large hotel (Bellagio) that has several elevator banks, two towers, and numerous bars. Considering she uses email only, and not text, I am just trying to avoid the confusion that can occur with location. Thanks for your suggestions

Chances are, your date will be using a ride share service or taxi to get there. If I'm correct they have a different location for pick up and drop off at the hotel. Pick a spot near there and let her know by email. Or, ask if she's been there before. If so, she should be able to let you know when, where and how to meet.

The Petrossian Bar
Bellagio Patisserie (can’t miss the chocolate waterfall)
Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden

All great choices depending on how far or close your tower is. If all else fails, the Front entrance or the elevator by self park is she drove her self.

And probably already has a better plan than whatever you may come up with. Let her tell you where to meet.  

 
Happy is the expert on this and he’ll probably be along any minute to weigh in, but if all else fails I know that north taxi/valet entrance across from Caesar’s can be a good spot. Close to elevators IIRC.  

 
Email only can be clunky when you’re trying to find each other. It can be done but can get clunky. Maybe she’ll give you a phone number just before the meeting. Maybe.
