I looked her up here on TER. Seems like a well reviewed well thought of provider. However, her last review is over 3 years ago and her contact info is down. This usually means she's checked out of the game for one reason or another. My advice is to move on.

I remember seeing her advertise as well but yeah it has been a while, probably out of the hobby.

She retired a few years ago.
