The discussion on the LA be useful but the double posting here didn't get any of that and was not helpful as it way too general. LA is a pretty big market and has multiple "popular" locations I assume as people had to then ask where.
As for the accuracy, was it? Seems like the source of the issue was excessive maintenance calls and the complex operations/maintenance staff started asking questions or something. Doesn't seem that clients being loud in halls or overly conspicuous entering/leaving or the the girls or clients being loud during the session had anything to do with things. So just what are people to be vigilant about, too big a dump or using too much tissue?
And as much as you know I like details and info, for posts like these - as long as they are truthful (even if theyre not, I'd argue a false alarm is more benign than an unchecked alarm, but that's for another discussion), they indicate a potential issue that mongers need to be aware of.
As such, posts like these typically have little info but mongers who are interested can check it further by pming the op or going onto other sites.

If any 'contractors' get a wild hare up their ass and want to do like some strippers (Club Onyx here in ATL settled for 1.2M in 2012 and there is actually an Exotic Dancer Lawyers blog in ATL) it could get ugly in a hurry for the agencies.
