Try STDCheck.com or HealthLabs.com. The sites will offer a number of panel options to choose from. Check for one bug or all of them depending on your waller. Don’t be cheap with this sort of thing though. Whether you’re pissing razor blades or not you should get checked periodically if you’re in this game.

Don't know for sure, but I assume the BBFS k-girls are going something, since they usually run to the bathroom very quickly after the deed is done. Are they using some type of magic cleansing device?
