OK Chicago hobbyists .. tell me... is Craigs list reliable, quality level, and reliability, or jsut a front and huge risk for LE?

All I can say is, it never worked for me.  Had a few scarey moments or close calls as they say.  I'll stick to the TER for advice and reviews.
