I had an experience we’re the provider under counted the donation by allot while I was in bathroom.  Additionally the agency advertises services  and collects that aren’t provided during date.  My only option was to leave.   Carol the Assistant unhelpful.

Thought I’d put it out there.   Btw she’s also requiring a paid app to book, enjoy.
