Take a look at the definition below of Ultimate GFE  and PSE from the "Urban Dictionary"

My suggestion to providers is you do not want to offer the above mentioned type of service then by all means to do not include it in your add or website info! Otherwise you are heading for trouble. The Urban Dictionary is viewed as a "Normative" source for defining provider services... like it or not.  

My advise to run like Hell and stay away from providers advertising these services. Even if you do not partake others who have gone before most likely have.

I always "thought" that PSE was more of a Greek option. I have never run across anyone willing to do bbfs and I never want to for obvious reasons so I find it hard to believe that is what it means?

Re: PSE

I still can't believe that in this day and age that there still are men and/or providers that would want or provide that type of service. Obviously they have a death wish.  It takes just a few seconds to protect each other and still have enjoyment.

As hard as it is to believe over the last 5 years close to 1/2 of providers I have seen, many well revised on this board , have offered ultimate GFE. It's a lot more prevalent than you think. The complacency of picking up the dreaded infection is why I have really cut back on the hobby. Frankly it's becoming too risky for my taste. Condoms are known to break or slip off. Better safe than sorry.
