Provider with questionable reviews...

I recently had interest in seeing a provider when I went to go look at her reviews (16 in total) a lot of reviewers, particularly the ones that gave the highest scores, only had one review, of which being her.

These reviewers have no other history on this board, which makes me question the legitimacy of a performance on said provider.

Now I realize hypocrisy of me using an alias to write this post under anonymity. However, it’s very unfortunate. Is that when giving an honest critique about a provider I’ve noticed that in return I’ve been added to the blacklist in the past that’s why I choose to make post anonymously.

Thank you for understanding ,
Peter

I believe you and I fear it may be more prevalent than I first thought. One provider I used to like was guilty of it herself. It's not hard to spin up an account and write fake reviews about yourself. Now, if the reviewer has never posted a board post and their only review is of that one provider, I question it. In fact, my Trust level for that provider sinks a bit. I have noticed it many times myself. Not only do I check the reviews, I review the reviewer. This business is full of deceitful people, discernment is necessary, more now than ever.

What do you mean by blacklisted?
Have you been explicitly told you won’t be seen anymore due to a review?

Providers use several web sites to post negative reviews about clients. Names of these sites are closely guarded.

The justifiable purpose for a blacklist is to protects providers from dangerous clients. So, if a woman is roughed-up by a client she can post information about the client warning other providers of this client's dangerous behavior.

Unfortunately, some providers will blacklist clients as retribution for bad reviews or, simply to damage the client's reputation out of spite.

When I was a n00b, or someone new to seeing escorts, a provider burned me on a deposit. I complained about it online and her response was to blacklist me.

Subsequently, one provider refused to see me. Later on, I think three women made reference to my being blacklisted but still saw me. No providers have mentioned it for at least two years.

Hope this helps

I haven't posted here in eons, but I realize that some things just don't change.  In the heyday of TER, management would identify self posters by matching ip addresses.  It's been an issue for at least 20 years

Hey Pete,

No need to be apologetic about using an alias. Some may pounce on you and say this is "cowardly" or "hypocritical", these blow-hards and bullies can and should be blocked or dismissed out-of-hand.

Getting to your post, by all means escalate your concerns to TER support! I have done so on numerous occasions, mostly with good results. Specifically, I've had inaccurate reviews removed and, on occasion, profiles removed. For example, a provider posting her own review, if provable, is grounds for immediate removal of profile.

Go for it! You'll be helping the community!
