The screening is a little rigorous, which I'm ok with if it protects the ladies. Once you pass they will, on request, email the weekly listing showing which women are in the usual US cities. Waltham (surprise!) seems to be their preferred Boston location. They'll provide the weekly access code too. You'll deal directly with the agency for everything, and they are efficient.
