I read too quickly and made the same mistake ... on the main page, "+100" is the add on for GFE, not the rate, the base rates for Incall, Outcall, etc, are down below when you click on the various tabs to expand them.
It's actually fairly clear but a super quick scan can be confusing. Perhaps it is a screening technique for the inattentive (in which case I may have flunked).
To me it means YMMV. Depending on the guy, could be BBFS or DFK, or even covered FS. Hence the no review policy, they probably treat different guys differently depending on their mood, so one guy can have a great time and another could have a crappy time because their mood swings that way. That's from my experience anyways.
