I've actually tried to report a number of these to Tryst and they want transcripts/screenshots of conversations on OF to show that they won't actually meet you. And, of course, the actual conversation never says they won't. It's just always to delay until you spend even more money on OF with a future (never to be fulfilled) someday to meet. It's unfortunate that Tryst won't take these down but, since they're likely paying ad fees to Tryst, I guess they don't have any motivation to cancel/delete those accounts.
