Just a few pills, but I passed on that!
I read it's one dose of C with a half dose of V and it goes under your tongue.
I think the meds are full strength, 100=Viagra, so 50mg & 20 of Cialis.
Why not give that a try?
Also read some guys got hit quick, 15 minuets, and good results.

I am using RO Sparks with great results so far after about 4 months usage.  It is a combination of Viagra (Sildenafil 55mg) + Cialis (Tadalafil 22mg).  It's all in one pill that you place under your tongue.  I used Sildenafil 60mg for many years from the same place Roman, but now I actually prefer Sparks instead for a few reasons:

= Number one is because of the fast-acting effect, it indeed works for me as described within about 15 to 20 minutes, and lasts at least 1 day in my experience (advertised as 36 hrs but I haven't tried that far out).  
= Also, because you take it under the tongue it doesn't matter if you had food or not, it seems to take good effect regardless.  
= Finally, I experience less side effects (so far) with Sparks than with Sildenafil.  Sometimes but not always with Sildenafil I would get flush in the face, or my eyes would get red, or stuffy nose on occasion, it was inconsistent so I would always wonder if the tell-tale signs would show or not,  but with Sparks so far I have not experienced any of these.    

As far as price, Sparks is more expensive (about 2x) at Roman, compared with Sildenafil but for me it is worth it for the reasons above.  I still keep both scrips but will probably cancel the Sildenafil assuming things continue to go good with Sparks. It's nice to have options. Hope this helps!
