General Details

My first and only encounter with Vivian was satisfactory. She seemed pleasant and sincere, but when we had agreed to another meeting, she was in Vegas....there was plenty of time to call me, but she never did. So I had to make other plans that day. I never learn, so we set up yet another appointment. This time she never showed and I didn't contact her again. I think this falls under the heading of rip off.
