She was easy to reach on the phone, easy to schedule, but difficult to understand. Seemed impatient and unfriendly on the phone when I was scheduling it and when I arrived at the hotel and called for her room#. It's a nice hotel near Galleria but the staff certainly noticed me when I walked in. I just said hi back and went to the elevator. She opened the door and was wearing an open robe and nothing else...
