I've visited Alexa a few times when she comes to Phoenix. Since the first time I saw her, more than a year and a half ago, she has changed significantly since she's been on hormones. While she was quite beautiful even then, I could see her boyish figure. Today, she has a woman's shape and skin thickness. Now you can't tell she is a male making a transformation.
