General Details

Called India late in the afternoon. Very pleasant on phone. Said she had availablity at 7. Standard 2 call system for address. I, however, was nearly 40 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic delays. Called her and explained. She said she didn't have anyone scheduled the hour after me, so she had no problem if I was late. I assured her I was coming and very much wanted to see her.
