This is my second review of Sierra. I've lost count of the number of times I see her. I always make it a point to see her every time I'm in Vegas. Set-up was easy since we've seen each other a number of times. I e-mailed her two weeks before my trip and we set-up a date. At the appointed time she arrived at my hotel rom. VIPs read on, all others book some time with her - you will be extremely happy you did!
