General Details

I got in touch with DeLaine in the morning to setup an appointment for later that night. I reached out to her because I'm a newbie and she was very accommodating with that. After exchanging a few emails to do some screening we setup a time and met. She's very thorough and definitely knows what she's doing. She did a great job at making me feel safe in this experience as she would expect from others. When I arrived, she was very nice and we chatted for a little while before getting down to business.
