I was goning to be visiting San Diego, so I contacted Rebecca by email. She responded fairly promptly, but things got a little dicey when I got to San Diego as I was traveling without my computer and didn't have much email access. We had some miscommunications that detracted from the experience for me. Remember YMMV.
