I've seen Ms Patricia twice now and I thought I would post a review. I think she's really professional and probably the best choice in the area for hobbyist who, like me, like to play it kinky. I think she had her share of people calling and not showing up so she will always be very straightforward on the phone and make sure that you're serious. Don't call her just to get a feel of what she does or how she sounds like because she will immediately end it. I think her ad are pretty clear and she is just like the pics so call only if you're ready. i've seen her both time in her Carmel Valley location which is very safe and upscale. In a nutshell, if you want to have a good looking and young girl to dominate you, she's THE one in the area. Not cheap but worth it in the end.
