Called TLC based on all the good reviews, spoke with Jackie (voice made me wonder if she was available) and she was very helpfull. After running standard ID check, she lined up Porshe for the same evening - Jackie was very accomodating in returning phone calls (still love that voice), Porshe knocked on my door 10 minutes early...
