I have been looking for this young lady since Appleteenie retired. Ding, ding, ding, we have a winner. With only 1 review I was skeptical to say the least. On a whim I tried to make contact. Phoebe responded almost immediately. Her place was easy to find although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Communication was good. She turned out to be everything I want and hoped for.
