Called her a couple of days in advance to set up the appontment, left message. She returned my called within a couple hours. Easy to talk to on the phone, standard screening. From the phone conversation, her website, and the previous reviews, I knew this was going to be an awesome experience, and it was! Expensive but well worth it.
