Contacted her after seeing her ad and got a response right away. She was nice enough on the phone and with instructions via text. Got to the incall and let her know - property manager was roaming around the building so had to wait. The only unpleasantness was that the manager confronted me as I was walking up and asked me who I was looking for - had to make up an excuse.

Waited for manager to leave and then she came out to meet me and lead me to her apartment. Once inside she was very nice and apologized for the scene with the manager. Dropped the donation and fun began. non-VIPS: I may repeat because it was a fun time overall.
