Set up appointment with Lisa. Agency was very easy to deal with. Called in and was told she was in an accident. Agency was very apologetic and friendly. Said they would send Melissa right over. Driver delivered Melissa to hotel (after getting lost). She is a very young,thin attractive young lady. In fact she is very pretty........
