General Details

Made contact with Lissa by email, she reponded promptly that she would be available during the dates I had requested. When I got to DC was able to email her agian and we set up a time for a date. She called to let me know she was on her way (she lives quite a distance from my hotel) she called about an hour later to let me know that she had missed her turnoff and was running later that she had expected.
