General Details
After much back and forth email I finally managed to connect with Lara. She was great to talk to in advance, made setting up the meeting comfortable. We met at a bar near the Jai Lai arena on Revolution and then, after a really good time talking together, left for a hotel she knew of. She's living for now in TJ but apparently works both TJ and San Diego so this review should reasonably reflect both locations. All in all, she's a must see, highly recommended.
