I reached out to joy for same day appointment and Kate was available. Super clean apartment in northern liberties section of philadelphia. Arrived on time and was let upstairs to super clean apartment. Kate was on time, and waiting for me. No sitting in the car waiting for a half an hour for them to respond. Quick, easy, and super professional.
