Fiorella's enthusiasm seemed totally genuine and she made me feel comfortable right from the get-go. And her skills are really great! She really knows what she is doing, and had a good knack of gauging what I wanted my reactions – mostly I never had to ask anything from her, as she could tell what I wanted.
