Well, I'm not sure who everyone else was looking at but either I got the wrong lady or most of you are really really really old. IMO she has a nice attitude and is accommodating but nowhere near the looks ratings in other reviews. Again this is MY opinion. She does communicate well, was on time, and delivered as promised so I gotta give her that.
