General Details
I'm not sure I have ever given a ten for performance. I was going down to DC and to Baltimore so, as usual, I checked TER. A couple of favorites were not reachable so I contacted Ayanna by email. She has her protocol that must be followed, references etc, but she is pleasent and communications were smooth. I felt like splurging and Ayanna is a definite splurge to the max.
